On June 30th we celebrated our 10th anniversary. We always talked about taking a big trip, but decided when we had kids we wouldn't leave them for long periods of time. We decided to take a little getaway to southern California and it was PERFECT!!! This was the first time we have ever both left the kids for longer than 24 hours. Luckily we have amazing family here who took great care of the kids, they didn't even miss us!
We left on Friday night and were back Monday afternoon. We flew to LA and were able to do so much in such a short period of time. We went to San Diego, LA and the one thing I was so excited about was we went to Tijuana, Mexico. It was definitely a trip filled with lots of excitement, like a crazy taxi drive in Tijuana with no seat belts and a driver who tried to charge us way more than originally agreed, luckily Seth handled that like a pro. We ate lots of delicious food, including Cafe Rio, In & Out and True Food Kitchen. It was a great trip. It was nice to spend time alone with Seth, he's the BEST and I am so lucky to be his wife!!!
