Utah Day 6

June 1st: Felicia's visit!!!
Oh my gosh, I can't even explain how much I love this girl!!! We met 11 years ago when I first moved to Utah. We were both in orientation at Target and they asked us to get out our photo ID. We both got out our Michigan driver's license and we were instant friends! Sadly, life has forced us to live on opposite ends of the  United States, so we do not see each other very often (until recently, because she is coming out to visit me again in a month!!!!)
But, I had not met the twins yet, our kids had never met and I hadn't seen Dave in forever, so I was very excited to see them. It was hard to get our schedules to line up, and we only got to visit for a short time, but I am so glad we were able to! Thanks Dave for making it happen:)

After Flee left, the kids played in the pool and I took Nicky shopping:)

Utah Day 4 & 5

May 30th & 31st: Magna, Utah
After going non-stop, we finally took a couple days to just sit around and relax.
Even though we always stay with Angie and Rossii when we visit, since they live so close to Tina & Scott, we don't get much time to hang out with them. We were able to spend one night just hanging out with Angie and Rossii. They made us a delicious Carne Asada for dinner. Angie and I even left the boys with the kids while we went to a movie, What to Expect When Expecting. But don't feel bad for the boys, they got to go golfing!
I love that we can visit my family and also visit our amazing friends when we go to Utah. I just wish they would move here.

Utah Day 3

May 29th: Salt Lake City, Utah
We spent the day at the Discovery Gateway Museum. It was a very fun place and the kids (and adults) had a blast!!! These pictures describe it better than I can...

Utah Day 2

May 28th: Magna, Utah (Memorial Day)

To celebrate Memorial Day we thought it would be fun to hike Ensign Peak with my family & the Knowles family. And fun it was:) It was a little difficult at times, mostly because I was carrying sweet baby Joshua, but the view was worth it. The kids did great and walked the whole way. It was a fun activity to do together.

We made it!

Next we headed to the Pam & Richard's house for a BBQ.

That night the Seth, David, Scott, Spencer, Tom, Emmanuel and Dylan all went to Rocky Mountain Raceway to watch a race. Unfortunately  I don't have any pictures of that, but while they were gone the girls (and Joshua) hung out and the kids played in the bath.

Utah Day 1

May 27th: Cedar City to Magna, Utah
Today I slept in a little bit. Seth got up with Joshua to take a shower, but our ghetto hotel shower kept alternating between freezing and scolding every time anyone in the hotel used water, so Seth decided to take a bath instead while we slept. We felt like we had been rushing the entire trip, so this day we took our time. Once we were finally on the road we headed to meet my family in Magna, Utah.
Along the way we decided to stop in Orem and visit where Seth and I lived the first year we were married. It brought back so many good memories. I loved our first place, it was a big 2 bedroom townhouse. We had lots of great memories there.
Our first place
After spending some time driving around Provo/Orem, we headed up to Angie & Rossii's to drop off our stuff and then to my sister, Tina's. We spent the rest of the night just hanging out and relaxing with family.
Finally got to meet sweet baby Savannah (they call her V)
