Yep, that is an exact quote from David. He loves to play in the water, but isn't so fond of swimming. But, he did a great job this time with swim lessons. He only had 7 lessons, but I could definitely see an improvement.

Vancouver/San Jaun Islands Day 4 April 19th, 2014

The last day of our trip we were back in an awesome hotel and well rested. After breakfast we drove to see the Seattle Temple and Seth was able to remember how to get to Granny's old house, so we drove by that and took some pictures for her. Then we headed to the new Café Rio that opened in North Seattle. I have to admit, I was hesitant to go because the night before we drove by and the line was around the building. But, Seth convinced me to go (just like with the Stanley Cup) and I am so glad we did. We got there right when they opened and there was barely anyone there. We sat and enjoyed our delicious lunch. On the way home we stopped at the Troll under the bridge in Seattle, I've never seen it before. Then we headed home. We dropped the kids off with Oma and Papa and we went the wedding reception for our friend Katie.

Vancouver/San Jaun Islands Day 3 April 18th, 2014

We survived the night in our ghetto hotel. We brought Costco muffins for breakfast, downloaded the ferry schedule (since we had access to free Wi-Fi at the hotel) and headed back on the road. We drove around Victoria again. It was so beautiful, I loved it! Then we headed to board our next ferry. There was only 1 ferry going to our destination that day, so we had to be there one time to get a spot. We hung out at the port for a while, then boarded the smaller, but still nice, ferry to San Juan Islands. After going through customs we drove around the island. The kids all fell asleep, so we just drove and enjoyed talking together. We eventually woke them up to hike to the Mausoleum. Of course the boys had to stop to pee along the way, it was too cute to resist taking a picture. After the hike we headed back to the port to take the next ferry to Washington. Seth waited in the car with the kids while I did some shopping at the port. We drove an hour and a half to our hotel just north of Seattle, ate dinner and went to bed!
