Girls Trip 3.0 Day 8: Switzerland!!!!

Thursday, March 16th:
This was quite possibly my favorite day! We started off going to the Lucerne train station where our paragliding instructor, Zacharias, picked us up. From there he drove us to where we would be paragliding. I was super nervous, I'm not gonna lie, but it was AMAZING!!! So happy we did it. Poor Felicia, up until a few hours before we had her convinced we were jumping off alone, without any instructor:) She was happy to know we would be tandem jumping with professionals! And they were great, very professional, funny and super nice. They even drove us up to Mt. Titlis after we were done jumping. Saved us the pain of trying to figure out how to get up there.
After paragliding we spent a few hours at Mt. Titlis. We went sledding, went on the Titlis Cliff Walk, Europe's highest suspension bridge, visited the ice caves, rode over a glacier on the sky lift and just had the most amazing time. It was a gorgeous day, we couldn't have planned it better! From there we went back to Lucerne, walked to town for a bit and went to see the Lions. Then we took the train to Zurich. We got there a little later than planned, so we went to our hotel to drop off our stuff. We set out to find some Lindt chocolate, but everything was closed. Since we missed our first night in Zurich due to stupid weather, we rescheduled our fondue dinner to that night. It was a long day. As we were hunting for chocolate we walked the city and then went back to the hotel to pack up and get ready to head home the next morning.

Girls Trip 3.0 Day 7: Salzburg to Vienna

Wednesday, March 15th:
We walked around Salzburg a bit more, just to see things in the morning light. Then we took a train to Vienna. Straight from the station we took an uber to go do some shopping at Primark. Cyndy talks non-stop about this store, so we knew we HAD to make a stop and it did not disappoint. It's like H&M and Target had a baby, it's great. If there was one here I would do all my shopping for the kids there.
After shopping we went to walk Vienna. We were pretty tired and for some reason, not really loving Vienna. We walked around, it was really pretty, but then we went back to the train station to catch our night sleeper train to Switzerland.
This hotel seriously had the BEST hot chocolate. It was magical, so hot yet not hot when you drank it. So good!!!

Leaving our hotel to head to Vienna
One of our favorite meals was on the train to Vienna. I still dream about the sausage and mashed potatoes.

The Ã–sterreichische Galerie Belvedere

The streets of Vienna. This was probably the coldest day of our trip and we were pretty tired. A lot of things were closed by the time we got there, so we just wandered around.

Pizza for dinner at  L’Osteria, or "Lobster" as I called it:)

We hit 30,000 steps this day, no wonder we were tired!!!

Sleeper train for me and Felicia. Cyndy was in her own. I was out right away and slept great the whole night. When we woke up we were in Switzerland!!! During the night we went through Lichtenstein, so I'm totally crossing that off as a country I've been to!
