February

February started off very busy for us. We had a trip to Utah planned for our nephew, Hunter's, baby blessing. At the same time Seth was starting a new job and had to go to California for training. He was able to come to Utah for a few days, but had to fly out early Sunday for work. I thought it would be a good idea to fly home by myself with the kids...yeah, won't be doing that again;) While in Utah we visited Granny, took the kids sledding for the first time with Aunt Stephanie, visited Angie & Rossii and saw their new house and spent time with my family.
Somehow in February we squeezed in celebrating Valentines Day, my birthday, movie nights, swim lessons, more basketball, bike rides, going to the Temple, projects and a girls day out!

Inn at Spanish Head

For Christmas Seth got me a romantic getaway at the coast. We have always wanted to stay at the Inn at Spanish Head, and he was able to get a great deal on a room there. I was so excited to go. We had a great dinner, went swimming in the outdoor pool in the rain and just enjoyed spending time without kids. It is funny, pretty much every conversation we had revolved around our sweet kids. We really did miss them so much. Seth also took me to some places along the coast I have never been. I always enjoy our time together, he is seriously the best!!!

Random fun stuff

January was busy for us. Kimmie and David played basketball for the YMCA. Seth coached David's team. The kids are growing so fast and love to get into all sorts of trouble. One of their favorite things to do is pile all the pillows on the floor and jump onto them from the couch. They call it "Geronimo" Even Joshua gets in on the fun, which is scary because that boy has no fear.

I woke up one morning and my finger was all swollen and I couldn't get my wedding ring off. It was starting to hurt really bad and after many failed attempts at home, I had to go to the Emergency Room where they had me sit for about 45 minutes with my arm elevated and iced. Then a super nice nurse slowly twisted my ring off. It was fun....not!
